You do not need to be a current registered LIFT player.

Summer Mondays at the Pod

June 13th: Motivation Monday

Watch clips from international and collegiate field hockey games and learn to incorporate skills and strategies into your game. 

June 20th: Movement Monday

6:00-7:00 Speed!

Test your running knowledge and work to improve your speed with running workouts. 

June 27th: Mindfulness Monday

Coach Mare

6:00-7:30pm Yoga

Find your zen, stretch out, relax, and strengthen your body

with our 1-hour yoga session tailored specifically

for field hockey players.

July 11th: Mindfulness Monday

July 18th: Movement Monday

5:00-6:30pm Agility & Strength!

Make a workout with coaches just for you to work on strength and agility in areas where you'd like to improve.

July 25th: Motivation Monday

Coach Sam Schoessow, Head Coach, Concordia University

Learn about college field hockey life, the college process, and tips and tricks from Coach Sam!

MMM Mondays are *free*  for all players currently in LIFT Summer Season.

Each session is $10 for any 3rd - 12th grade girls who want to join!

Please bring payment with you for each date when you arrive.
