Winter Season
Winter Play is available for all K5 - U19 grade girls.
We're so excited to invite you to join us for Winter Indoor play
and to welcome you to the Pod, LIFT's exclusive indoor location!
(Scroll down for a photo, map, and more details about the Pod.)
LIFT has been very excited to get back to field hockey safely and responsibly.
Our continuing main concern will be to keep everyone safe and to comply as best we can with social distance guidelines and safety precautions. The safety and comfort of our girls, families, and coaches is our first priority.
Due to the global pandemic, we have new Rules and Guidelines and require all players
and families to agree to abide by them prior to signing up for and Winter Season play.
To ensure your spot in the Session of your choice, please register ASAP.
Once we reach capacity, we will close Registration.
Due to the different nature of this season, we will not be prorating or adjusting schedules to meet individuals' needs. We are working with coach availability, smaller (and therefore more) practices, updated timing and cleaning protocol, and we believe that ensuring everyone's safety has to be our main concern.
For indoor field hockey, we highly recommend indoor field hockey equipment starting with an indoor stick and left hand glove.
See Longstreth for more options or just ask us!
Each LIFT FH season includes field hockey practice, leadership training, competitive opportunities (where available), a LIFT shirt and a community volunteer activity.
