Lift Up LIFT


To make sure we can host future seasons and continue LIFT as a strong foundation for not only field hockey skills and competition, but also confidence and leadership development in our girls, we need support. 

We hope you are all happy, safe, and healthy at home. As stay at home guidelines here in WI have been extended through May, we are unable to host a full Spring Season as planned. We have been and will continue to post personal coaching videos on our “LIFT from Home” online content for the remainder of Spring Season. LIFT Coaches have been working hard while adjusting to our own new normal situations and we hope that comes through in our effort to continue challenging and connecting with you all from our homes to yours. We miss you and look forward to starting to play again safely as soon as we can. And we assure you we will do everything we can to do so with LIFT strength and determination!

LIFT Mile Challenge

Stay active and in shape at home and support LIFT!

Anyone can sponsor your running!

Ask family and friends if they're willing to donate $1, $5, or $10 for every mile you run in 10 days!  Set a goal for yourself and let your potential sponsors know your mile goal for the 10 day period. Then, keep track of the miles you run (you don't have to run every day) and record here. Once you finish your 10 days, tally your miles and let your sponsors know how many miles you ran. They can donate on the LIFT website at or pay via venmo @LIFT-FieldHockey. All donations go directly to programming for LIFT Field Hockey, a 501(c)(3) non profit and are tax deductible as allowed by law.
