Summer play is for all K5 - U19 girls!

Each LIFT FH season includes field hockey practice, leadership training, and a community volunteer activity.

Our sessions are divided by age and ability according to their whale species mascots:
Baby Belugas K5 through
 U8 players              
Right Whales U10 & U12 players               
Nifty Narwhals U14 players              
Blue Whales U16 & U19 players

Baby Belugas

Belugas play is for all girls looking to learn and practice the game. We will practice once

a week and focus on individual skill development, game knowledge, and field hockey fun!

​

Sundays 5:45 - 6:45pm at Hart Park

June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and July 14th, 21st, and 28th

All 5 year old through U8 girls

Players are eligible for U8 play if they are under 8 on January 1st, 2024.

All 5 year old through 2nd grade girls are welcome in our Belugas Summer League and Team Play regardless of field hockey experience. We welcome new, beginner, and experienced players and look forward to coaching each level of player to improve her individual level of play as well as grow with her teammates. Summer Season is all about improving outdoor skills and getting ready for fall season with focus on game strategy as well as concentration on teamwork, stick work, and fitness in addition to field hockey skills.

At this time, there will be no prorated payment plans, no postponed payments, and no refunds for Summer 2024.

Right Whales

U10 & U12 girls

Players are eligible for U10 play if they are under 10 on January 1st, 2024.

Players are eligible for U12 play if they are under 12 on January 1st, 2024.

If players are 12 on or before January 1st, they are U14. See Narwhals below.

Right Whales play is for all girls looking to learn the game and improve her game.

We will practice one a week and focus on individual skill development

as well as teamwork and game play strategy.

Sundays 5:45 - 7:15pm at Hart Park 

June  2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, July 14th, 21st, and 28th.

Right Whales are encouraged to join our Sunset Skill Sessions this summer. These sessions are tailored to elevate specific skill sets.  Sign up for one or all of these small group specific lessons with LIFT Coaches who are current and former collegiate players. Please note registration is separate from Summer League Play. 

​

The U12 Right Whales Team will travel to the Midwest Classic Youth Festival in Oxford, Ohio June 8th. Please indicate in your registration your interest in joining us for team travel.

​

All Right Whales registered for Summer Season are eligible for team travel and tournament play. Players are able to travel as a team with coaches. Additional expenses will be assessed at the time of travel. Attendance at these tournaments will be reliant on travel registrations per team. Additional cost will be required based on tournament fees, transportation, lodging, and uniforms, and will be assessed at the time of registration for these tournament opportunities. ​

All 3rd through U12 girls are welcome in our Right Whales Summer Play regardless of field hockey experience.
