Carol started playing field hockey in the 7th grade at University School of Milwaukee. She played for the Varsity team her junior and senior years, earning team co-captain, all-conference honors, and winning the state championship in 2009 and 2010.

Carol earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine in 2015. Amidst her studies she played field hockey (and broomball, of course) in the college’s intramural league. Maintaining her interest in athletics, she worked as a student athletic trainer for three years, providing first-aid and therapeutic medical care to athletes in the athletic training room, at practices, and at home and away games.

Participating in athletics from a young age provided Carol with self-confidence, leadership skills, and a competitive spirit that she is excited to pay forward to the next generation of girls through the fun and challenging sport of field hockey.
